Unlimited testimonials for $29 a month

Or a limited tier that holds 15, needs no card and does not expire. Every plan reads what arrives for risk, records the permission, and hands your files back whole.

Three plans

Pick the one that fits, and change it whenever it stops fitting

Moving up takes effect at once. Moving down, or stopping, takes effect at the end of what you have paid for — and nothing you collected is deleted either way.

Free

For trying it properly: one form, and everything that makes a testimonial safe to publish.

$0no card needed

Stays free. Move up when you want to.

Who takes the payment

Paddle is the merchant of record: your card details never reach Kudobox, and every payment comes with a tax-compliant invoice.

Cancelling

From the link on your receipt, whenever you like. When the subscription ends, the project returns to the limited tier — nothing you collected is deleted.

Leaving altogether

Export everything first — every word, video and record, whole — then end the project from its dashboard, and it is removed completely.

What is not charged for

The things that make a testimonial safe to publish

They are on every plan, the limited tier included, because charging for them would mean selling a safer version of somebody else's words.

  • Read for risk on arrival

A promised result, a regulated claim, a named third party, a private detail — marked for you before anything is public.

  • Permission recorded and enforced

The sentence they agreed to, the date, and the places they allowed. A place they did not allow cannot be served.

  • Never reworded

No route anywhere can change what a customer wrote. A private detail can be replaced with [removed], and the reader is told.

  • Your files back whole

Every word, video and record exports at the quality it was recorded, on every plan. All 23 layouts and 40 import sources too.

Questions a price raises

Answered before the card comes out

If one of these is answered differently anywhere else on this site, this page is the one that is wrong — tell us.

What does the limited tier actually hold?
15 testimonials, text or video, held at once — not 15 ever collected. Delete one and the place is free again. It carries the reading for risk, the permission record, all 23 widget layouts, unlimited walls, review markup and the full-quality export, because those are what make a testimonial safe to publish and none of them is a reason to charge.
What happens when a subscription ends?
The project returns to the limited tier. Nothing you collected is deleted and nothing is hidden from you: your dashboard still shows every testimonial, and the export still hands back every word, video and record at full quality. What stops is what was being paid for — your own mark and domain, the extra forms, the extra seats, the API.
Who takes the payment, and do I get an invoice?
Paddle is the merchant of record. Your card details never reach Kudobox, and Paddle issues a receipt and a tax-compliant invoice for every payment and holds your billing history. Cancel from the link on that receipt, whenever you like.
Is there a free trial?
There is no timed trial, because the limited tier is better than one: it does not expire, it needs no card, and it holds real customers' words rather than sample data. When you outgrow 15, that is the moment to pay.
Can I pay once and keep it for life?
No, and that is a rule rather than an oversight. A lifetime price for a product that stores somebody's customers' videos is a promise to keep paying for storage out of money already spent, and it is kept by cutting something later. Monthly or yearly only.
What if I need one more project, or one more seat?
Pro sells another project at $10 a month and another seat at $5. Clicking adds a line to the subscription you already have; what Kudobox then allows is read back from what Paddle says that subscription contains, so an extra you can use is always an extra somebody is being charged for — and one that lapses stops counting without anybody having to notice.
How do I reach a person about a bill?
Write to support@getkudobox.com. It reaches the person who builds Kudobox — there is no queue and no ticket number.

Clear boundaries

What this price does not buy

Every one of these is a decision, not a gap, and each is written down in the repository with the reason.

  • A model that writes praise for you, on any plan, at any price.
  • A lifetime licence, or any one-off payment for an ongoing service.
  • Reviews scraped off another site: an import is pasted by you, uploaded as a file, or read from a feed the platform publishes.
  • A lower-quality copy of your video, kept back so a better one can be sold to you later.
  • An email campaign tool. Every request goes to one person, with one reminder at most.

Priced against Senja, whose figures were read off their own pricing page on 21 September 2026. The full comparison lists where they are ahead as well, because a comparison without that list is an advertisement.

Start on the limited tier and pay when it pays

It holds 15, needs no card and does not expire. Your dashboard opens the moment the project is made.
