Kudobox is a testimonial collection and display tool. By creating a space or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and dashboard access

A space is created with an email address and accessed through a private dashboard link. You are responsible for keeping that link confidential — anyone who has it can manage the space's testimonials.

Subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Kudobox never offers a one-time "lifetime" plan — every paid plan is a regular subscription you can cancel at any time from your dashboard's upgrade page or by contacting support. Canceling stops future renewals; your space returns to the Free plan limits at the end of the current billing period.

Content you collect

You are solely responsible for the testimonials you collect and publish, including obtaining any consent required from the person who wrote them before displaying their name, role, company, photo, or video publicly. Kudobox stores what you collect on your behalf; it does not review or endorse it.

Acceptable use

You may not use Kudobox to collect or publish content that is fabricated, defamatory, or that misrepresents who wrote it. Accounts used for abuse, fraud, or spam may be suspended.

Billing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases and handles applicable sales tax/VAT.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
