Refund Policy

If Kudobox isn't working for you, write to viniciussucupira081@gmail.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll issue a full refund for that charge — no questions asked.

How refunds are processed

All payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Paddle, typically within a few business days.

Canceling instead

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard's upgrade page. Canceling stops future renewals — it doesn't automatically refund the current period, but if you'd rather have that refunded too, just ask.

No lifetime plans

Kudobox only offers recurring subscriptions, never a one-time "lifetime" purchase, so there is never a large non-refundable payment to worry about in the first place.
